Nos tickets sont donc report\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#8217;an prochain, si quelqu&#8217;un est int\u00e9ress\u00e9 par nos tickets du 1er au 4 mars 2023, ils sont en vente pour la modique somme de 800 $ (le prix qu&#8217;on les a achet\u00e9s) sur le site officiel de revente. Ce ticket comprend 4 jours \/ 3 nuits de camping, et tu transportes tout ton bardas sur ton dos : 16 km pour descendre, 16 pour remonter&#8230; Donc 2 jours sur place au total. On le refera, mais on ne sera malheureusement pas dispos pour 2023 (\u00e0 moins que je demande \u00e0 mon ministre de me changer les vacances scolaires&#8230;). Bref! On a d\u00fb changer nos plans. Mais on a gard\u00e9 nos r\u00e9sas d&#8217;h\u00f4tel pour Williams car on doit descendre dans le Grand Canyon. On quitte donc Las Vegas \u00e0 7 h 30, on annule quelques visites (Chloride, Grand Canyon Carlsbad Caverns) et on fait au plus vite la route 66. Appel\u00e9e aussi The Mother Road, elle d\u00e9marre \u00e0 Chicago, Illinois et se termine sur le pier de Santa Monica, \u00e0 Los Angeles, California. Cette route, la premi\u00e8re transcontinentale enti\u00e8rement goudronn\u00e9e, a \u00e9t\u00e9 imagin\u00e9e dans les ann\u00e9es 20 et finalement achev\u00e9e en 1937. Elle a permis \u00e0 de nombreux Am\u00e9ricains apr\u00e8s guerre de voyager \/ d\u00e9m\u00e9nager, vers l&#8217;Ouest notamment en facilitant consid\u00e9rablement la travers\u00e9e des Etats-Unis. En 1956, un vaste programme de constructions d&#8217;autoroutes a vu le jour, permettant de se d\u00e9placer plus rapidement. La fr\u00e9quentation de la Route 66 a alors progressivement d\u00e9clin\u00e9, jusqu&#8217;au d\u00e9classement de la route en 1985. Williams est d&#8217;ailleurs la derni\u00e8re portion de la route 66 \u00e0 avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9class\u00e9e. De nombreuses personnes se sont alors mobilis\u00e9es pour sauver ce qui pouvait l&#8217;\u00eatre car cette route mythique fait partie de la culture am\u00e9ricaine. On la retrouve au c\u0153ur de nombreux films comme &#8220;Easy Rider&#8221;, des livres comme les &#8220;Raisins de la col\u00e8re&#8221; de Steinbeck ou &#8220;Sur la route&#8221; de Jack Kerouac, des chansons comme &#8220;Born to run&#8221; de Bruce Springsteen, &#8220;Born to be wild&#8221; qui illustre le film &#8220;Easy Rider&#8221;, &#8220;Get your kicks on Route 66&#8221; de Chuck Berry, ou &#8220;Route 66&#8221; des Rolling Stones. On retrouve aussi la ville de Peach Springs, alias Radiator Springs dans le film d&#8217;animation &#8220;Cars 1&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout au long de cette route, on retrouve donc l&#8217;esprit des
